This is another reason that makes Sundar as good leader as he is a deep thinker and always thinks about the problems its teammates faced. - Lack courage to accept truth: Sundar Pichai has lots of positive points, but on the other hand it also has some negative points and one of the negative side is that it did not have courage to accept the truth which is very bitter. As a leader it believes that whatever direction it takes and whatever it think is 100% correct in every situation. Such kind of practices can be considered unethical because individual’s have right to speak on anything. Any company head cannot prevent its subordinates and colleagues from speaking anything. If Sundar will not allow individuals to speak about the company culture, he will never know about the areas where he need to work to improve company performance and make effective utilization of resources and preventing the emergence of any issue at the workplace.

It is concluded that there are a number of strong points of the Sundar Pichai skills and behavior, but there are a few negative sides also like harming democracy and lack of courage to accept the truth. He is a good team leader and gives transformational leadership.
