(d.) Presently, VUCA is in high trend due to presence of high dynamic environment as per my analysis. In this context, the leadership styles are to be adopted. The first is use of transformational leadership and the second is responsible leadership (McCleske 2014).
(e.) The reason for this is that leadership styles will give them the balanced skills so that they can lead their teams in more effective manner. It will give them direction to create the objectives and a plan of training to be the better leader. Understanding of theories will lead leaders to apply them as per business environment suitability (Clayton et.al. 2013).
