Business case for program management

● Lack of resources and capabilities
● Disruption towards the business
● Lack of strategic objectives
● Different cultures of Europe and USA
SB Company is a global technological company which has been trying to increase the share of the market by ensuring diversification and reducing the costs of operation. There has been a lack of proper resources for implementing the program of strategy transformation (Nicholas and Steyn, 2017). For implementing the program of diversification and cost reduction, the company is required to enforce the strategic objectives which have been lacking in the management and among the staff members of WN. The acquisition of WN has led to disruption towards the business of SB Company. In respect of increasing the shares of the market, SB Company decided to purchase the manufacturer of integrated mobile phones in Europe. Now, the regulations and cultures of Europe and USA are not same and thereby this became a major issue for the SB Company.

● Lack of Management
● Inflexible pricing of the products
● Issue in the delivery project
The SB Company decided to buy the European manufacturer of integrated mobile phones as there has been an issue towards the quality of the products. Moreover the options of manufacturing the products are also needed to get reviewed properly for implementing the current operations of strategy. The process of change management has been poorly managed and the project for establishing the facility of manufacturing was also lacking the proper implementation of cost and time management (Martinsuo and Hoverfält, 2018). The lack of management has led to increased cost in terms of the quality of the products.
