The article is about the casting of election at the Wisconsin republican of the United States of America. The issue of concern with regards to this article is that if the election persisted the people of the area have to go out and cast their votes at the polling booth and that would cause a lot of chaos and social gathering in Mass. On the other hand there was the proposal given by the government of the country postpone the elections voting date unless the danger for covid-19 outbreak is lessened (Nytimes.com, 2020). On the other hand the political parties which are the republicans and the democrats propose the plan of sending out blank mail ballots onto the email address of the registered voters of the area and the process of voting would be from the email itself. The advertisement of the political parties for the election but also not be able to persist as that would involve interaction of the members with each other and covid-19 break in the area is severe that further stops the workers to be involved in social gathering. Centre government has put the stay at home orders for everyone the pole was also feeling unsure to be a part of the election campaigning (Nytimes.com, 2020).

The summary is about the issue of fasting of primary election at the time of covid-19 in the premises of Wisconsin, USA. The stay at home orders for the residents have been since March 24 and hence the ruling government forbade the voting at the time of this pandemic even though certain controversies regarding the use of alternative means of polling in order to make the elections possible by the opposition parties or the republicans.
