Introduction:
Morrison is the one of the UK largest retail chains and it is operating in the UK at large scale. In the present research study, an overview of the Morrison is given and this along with its structure and objectives are also given. In the second part of the report, SWOT, PESTLE and Porter five forces is also explained in the detail (Ansah, and et.al., 2016). Apart from this, varied knowledge management, information systems are explained and most suitable one is selected for the Morrison. BI system is selected for the Morrison and its benefits are explained in detail in the report. At end, conclusion section is prepared in the report.

The main objective of the Morrison is to remain competitive in the market and make available quality products to the people at affordable prices. To make available product at an affordable price to the person firm is making the purchase of the products in bulk from the suppliers (Martínez, Galván, and Alam, 2017). Hence, firm passes low cost of purchase benefits to the customers and offer them product at very low price at its retail stores.
• To achieve average order of 2, 70,000 each week of the month.
• To achieve average order size of £110.
• To create customers base in the business equal to of 7, 70,000.
• To elevate profit level by 10% relative to previous year by controlling cost in the business.

Business Overview:
Morrison is the fourth largest supermarket chain in the UK. Mentioned firm is headquartered in the Bradford, West Yorkshire, England. First position in terms of the market share is occupied by Tesco, Second by Sainsbury and third by ASDA. Hence, major rivals of the Morrison are Tesco, Sainsbury, ASDA. Morrison offers a wide range of the product in its business like meat, bakery products and fruits as well as vegetables. In the present time period Morrison has strong presence in the UK with total 494 stores (von Bonsdorff, and et.al., 2015). Morrison also provides online food delivery services to the customers. It also has varied subsidiaries namely Bos Brothers Fruit and Vegetables B.V., Erith Pier Company Limited etc. To consistently achieve weekly target and average basket value and to develop a loyal customer base Morrison consistently is offering products at affordable price at its premises. Moreover, the firm now focusing on offering more varieties of the product of good quality to the people in its business.
Conclusion:
On the basis of the above discussion, it is concluded that Morrison has strong presence in the UK, but varied business environment factors like political, economical, social create a lot of challenges for the firm. Morrison needs to develop a KMIS system in its business and in this regard it can develop BI related infra in its business. Development of BI will assist firms to identify its weak points and by formulating strategy firm will be able to convert its weakness into the strength. BI tool will also lead to creation and sharing of knowledge and experience at the workplace. This will lead to improvement in the business performance.
